• 1 - Videos

The videos embedded on BioCookies pages are not hosted on a BioCookies controlled server. The videos have not been uploaded to a video sharing site (e.g. YouTube) by anyone in the BioCookies Management team. All YouTube Videos have been enabled by the uploader for embedding, thus giving everyone on the web, including members of BioCookies, permission to embed the videos and stream them. If you are an author of a video and you wish to have it removed from BioCookies, first contact YouTube and request the video to be removed. If that does not work, or the video is not hosted on YouTube, either conact whatever site the video is hosted on or contact the Webmaster and ask for your video to be un-embedded from BioCookies.

• 2 - Music

The Biocookies team does not upload copyrighted files (see sec. 4). Biocookies DOES NOT host any of the audio streams in the high quality mp3 section - period. They are all hosted by IMEEM, which offers free embed code.

• 3 - Games

The games section is an inventory of links pointing to games hosted mainly on funny-games.biz. None of the Games are hosted on a BioCookies controlled server. We do not claim possesion nor do we claim authorship of the games. Contact the Webmaster if you need more information.

• 4 - Files/Copyrights

We try to prevent copyrighted files from being uploaded as much as we can (see Terms of Use), but sometimes a copyrighted file gets uploaded without us knowing. If you are the author of a certain type of content that is on the site, and you want it removed, post a comment/email the user who uploaded it or contact the Webmaster.
