If it is over 50-60 MegaBytes, use the File Share. Read the following article: Uploading a File

Why are some of the items in the right column, the chat, and the file share not working?

Port 60 is blocked! If you are behind a crazy firewall your network administrator might have blocked this as well as many other ports. It is recommended that you open this port because many site features will not work otherwise.
