Breaking the TOS may result in member banning and/or account deletion.

• Spam

Posting comments that contain advertisements (other than promoting your own BioCookies Member folder) is not allowed on the site. You are allowed to post comments regarding your folder, but excessive posting is not allowed. Please post your promotions only on a few pages throughout the site. Comments can and will be removed if they are not in moderation.

• Language

No inappropriate language or profanity shall be used in comments that you post on a page, forum posts, the shoutbox, etc. Do not use excessive language in your member folder or in content you add in the official directories.

• Content

Absolutely no porn or obscene material is allowed anywhere on the site. Add any, and your account will be DELETED and your IP BANNED.

• Files & Data

You have the freedom to upload most file types to your folder. This is rarely allowed anywhere on the web, so don't abuse it. DO NOT upload any malicious software, viruses, joke programs, or anything that may invade privacy or damage someone's computer/network systems. Do so, and your account will be DELETED, and your IP BANNED.

• Bandwidth, space, and other resources.

There is a limit to the amount of space and bandwidth we can use. Certain items like documents, pictures, and text will use very little resources, so we will not mind large amounts of this type of material. However, large files in excess of 10~20MB - Music, video files, programs/applications, and archives, should be kept in moderation. If too many of these files are added, and they are not meaningful or used by anyone, we may consider deleting them in the near future, but not without letting you know in advance. We are not a file host or file sharing web site. Another resource, bandwidth, must also be conserved. Do not simply upload your files here to be referenced somewhere else. We have ways of finding files that are excessively being downloaded without people actually visiting the site. Again, if files of this nature are discovered, we will delete them promptly after your acknowlegdement. Thank you for using our resources wisely. Excessive uploaders who do not heed our warnings or respond to our notifications will have their accounts deleted.

• Copyrights and Authorship

DO NOT upload any music, programs, documents, pictures or any other type of data that is copyrighted. Do not take content from other sites without written permission, or without properly giving full credit to the author/website.  You can write the credits directly to the page, or you can click the properties tab and enter the copyright information in the correct box (recommended). Be aware that we reserve the right to remove any content from your folder without notice.

The owner of BioCookies.com does not accept any liablity resulting from member/user/visitor created content unless this content is explicitly created by him; any and all content added by members/users/visitors is the sole responsibility of the respective member/user/visitor. Copyright claims/requests should be forwarded to the "contact" link at the top of the page, or to the public forums.

• Age

We strive to make the contents of this site appropriate for most people. However, this site and its respecive networks are not intended for users below thirteen (13) years if age.
