Shoutbox Over-Use, Everyone's loss...

For the past year or so there have been hundreds of meaningful discussions between members occurring over the easy and simple to use shoutbox. However, these problem solving, information-rich discussions are invisible to everyone else once they expire.

This is not the case in forum posting. When a message is posted in the forums it is archived, backed up, and indexed automatically so that it appears in search queries from many search engines, including our own. Other people with the same problems as you can learn from your question only if you use the forums. This helps our site grow dramatically - simple coversations can provide a wealth of information to anyone who comes accross the site. It also helps existing members. Did we mention forum posts allow insertion of custom images, file attachemnts, rich text formatting, and more? So please, when asking any sort of question, discussing a topic, or simply declaring a peice of information, post it on the forums! We can all use it!
